Empty for now. Supply list with lines (name, qty, unit, purchased toggles) and status Open → In progress → Done. Linked to one event on Services & menu. No line prices.

What this is for

The menu’s ingredient list is auto-generated from the event menu. Supplies are lists you write yourself for the house — cleaning runs, packaging, décor props, office bits, maintenance.

What you do

  • Create lists and lines

Each line has a name, quantity, unit, notes, and a purchased checkbox. Categories: Cleaning, Packaging, Décor, Office, Maintenance, Other.

  • Track status

Open → In progress → Done, driven by purchased toggles. You can also set status manually.

  • Optional due date, event, and vendor

Link one event, set a due date, and optionally pick one vendor for the list. The vendor picker needs the Vendors module.

  • On the event

On Services & menu, under extras, create, link, or unlink supply lists. Copying an event does not copy supply lists.

  • Duplicate and print

Duplicate opens a new Open list with lines unchecked. Print uses the browser — no PDF export.

Access

  • Who can open it

Owner and Manager write. Read-only can view. Staff and Kitchen never see this module.

  • Décor vs decorator

Supply category Décor is things to buy for the house. A décor company you hire is a Vendor in category Decorator.

What this is not
Not warehouse counts, not orders to suppliers, not ingredient costing, not per-line vendors on lists, not a kitchen check-off workflow, and no prices on lines.
