This Cookie Policy explains how the ManageMyRestaurants.Events web application (“Application”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you use the service.

This document should be read together with the Privacy Policy, which provides detailed information on the processing of personal data.


2. What cookies are

3.1 Essential cookies

Without these cookies, the Application cannot function correctly.

Functional cookies allow the Application to remember selected settings, such as:

  • the preferred interface language,

These cookies are strictly related to the operation of the Application and are not used for marketing purposes.


3.3 Analytical and statistical cookies (optional)

Analytical cookies are used only after obtaining the User’s consent.

  • analyze how the Application is used,

  • identify technical errors.

For these purposes, the Administrator may use third-party tools such as:

  • analytics tools,
  • application error and performance monitoring tools.

Data collected via analytical cookies is aggregated and is not used to directly identify Users.


During the payment process, cookies provided by external payment service providers (e.g. Stripe) may be used.

These cookies are necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, and ensure payment security, and therefore cannot be disabled.

The Administrator does not store Users’ payment card details.


4. Third-party cookies

The Application may use services provided by third parties that set their own cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies, in particular for:

  • analytics,
  • error monitoring,
  • payment processing.

  1. During the first visit to the Application, the User may:
    • give consent to optional cookies,
    • refuse consent,
    • change their decision at any time.
  2. The User may modify cookie preferences at any time using the mechanism available within the Application.
  3. Cookies can also be managed directly through the User’s web browser settings.

Disabling essential cookies may result in the Application not functioning correctly.


The Administrator may update this Cookie Policy due to technological, legal, or organizational changes.

The current version of the document is always available within the Application.
